Fighting Irish War zone Wednesday
Something I learned about the Irish Step dance is a lot of steadiness and on top of that the dance is tough to learn but however fun and on top of that learning and really the practice takes a load of work but can really payoff as well and I think it can really benefit for athletes as well. The basketball player who competed and displayed the discipline of a Fighting Irish was something very phenomenal, just the player herself from her own pedigree that she created.
Part of the Irish Culture I really learned and the reason I am explained is basically the music from Ireland. The Irish step dance really requires strict rhythm and on top of that learning the cut and even the leg rhythm as well. The equipment that is used or I shall say footwear which is tap dancing shoes where you mostly make the drum noise with your shoes and going on rhythm. They are mostly used with leg movement and a lot of leaps so apparently it seems like it takes a lot of leg strength as well. Using all the Leg Strength that is required is beneficial and keeping your upper body firm and keeping it still and not using it PERIOD, shows a load of importance. Learning and practicing a little bit of the dance is a bit educational and on top of that seeing the dancing from the movie The Luck of The Irish and even From the music video from B*Witched. The dancing is very phenomenal and learning it is a whole deep way of developing the structure of using and creating something with firm intensity.
The Fighting Irish the women's basketball team has been a team full of players with tons of Initiative and even going on an undefeated run even though losing in the championship game but however playing with intensity and energy in the game as well. The fighting Irish player that plays with great energy and even has one of the toughest grittiest workouts indeed is Skylar Diggins. Seeing how she plays and how she came prepared and even wanting to get better and better, with having the urgency with wanting to win. Showing the fierce competition and on top of that even having the urgency to wanting to win and really manifesting the mentality on the court. Playing in Notre Dame and showing the leadership and driving the team to success. Even leading the team in scoring, steals and assists, continuing to improve and get better and better.
The way of connecting the 2 as well not really trying to kill 2 birds with one stone I learned about the dance and the structure of it. Connecting to the fighting Irish and the tradition of the team and the success especially being led by the basketball player Skylar. How it connects is The Irish Stepdance and the name Fighting Irish with connected history and the player that plays with the fighting Irish Intensity. The dance at first can be quite painful but learning it can develop toughness. Skylar Diggins does toughness in a whole different way of working out and doing the tough challenges in order to get rewarded and get the biggest accomplishment.
The Purpose of this explanation is are you able to withstand the challenge and become a fighting Irish where you are able to go for the victory and even take the lead to go for the victory in any aspects of life. Are you ready to make accomplishments and be willing to fight and even be ready to even be prepared to overcome what looks impossible and tough and making it into something can be done with a ton of effort, as well.
