A special Motivational Martin Luther King Week Blog

Remembering Dr. Martin Luther King, man it was a big holiday believe it or not. And the holiday was more than just a day off for the kids but a day to reflect and really think about all the things that he impacted as well. Learning about how he grew up and all the adversities he went through. What we learned as a kid was probably different and then growing up we learned a lot deeper stuff. But the stories have been learned as he grew up a reverend and learned the speech that he did as in Elementary school, the biggest speech that he did with the big "I have a dream Speech" and the fact that my brother got me and my other brother to watch the speech that I found out in school was very very important.

Watching all of the shows and maybe movie documentaries as well which was super remembered and on top of that, history and assemblies that really honored what he does especially movement that brought a ton of equality and how his death even though was tragic made a huge difference. Learning about initiative and learning change especially in his era was the toughest thing for anybody. The fact that discrimination was so prominent in the 60s and on top of that alot of discriminated businesses and restaurants and even restrooms was one of the hugest impacts and learning about it and not living it was quite an interesting investment. Martin Luther King who couldn't even hang out with the white boys who he enjoyed hanging out with because of the color of his skins and even because their mom forbid him to as well, all of these events growing up was quite a huge impact as well.


The Modern era of discrimination isn't really addressed and it is not really racist wise but however it is by sex, sexuality, age, mental health, and even religion too those are where discrimination come from, and now even though racist discrimination has died down, all the other discrimination. Now there are celebrities like Logic speaking out against other discrimination that even lead to suicide and on top of that lead to segregation. The fact that there is always room for change, will world will never stop changing.  Even leading to even donating to other charities and making an impact for run down neighborhoods. Like Colin Kapernick and even Richard Sherman.

The point I was trying to make is whether you do it individually or even as a group aw man, there are so many different ways where you can make an impact and make a change. There is always room for in a song, or poem or even a blog (wink) (wink). Take action and make an impact and great things could or may or will happen.
