Motivational Monday #3: Laser Focus Monday part 2

Monday is a big work day and there are always ways to prove somebody wrong, somebody always wants to prove somebody wrong even if it sounds silly. One of the person who was willing to prove them wrong with determination and focus was Tom Brady. Tom Brady was the biggest overlooked quarterback in the 2000 draft. He had poor reviews before debuting in the NFL, like for example, "He lacked speed, and is very skinny, lacks strength and mobility etc." Tom Brady himself even explained how he was not a top recruit or a huge prospect he showed how he had to earn it. Tom Brady even had doubts where he thought he wasn't going to get drafted, and he decided to prepare to play baseball, as he was swinging the bat. And then he found out he was drafted and especially it was such awesome luck but it wasn't really luck it was turned into such an awesome privilege, and into a great big reward.  Basically all the doubts and the harsh criticism that he faced and even the self criticism that he faced he turned that all into fuel to make him great and prove the doubters wrong by action. On top of that he eventually believed in himself and even started to work harder and even was able to work well with the great coach.

Look into his journey and I am going to probably explain again when you feel like it is over and a lot of people were despondent, but when you have control and have the power to lead and have the knowledge to get people out of a hole, and even the experience as well. Tom Brady was basically rallying his team and said the big quote "LASER FOCUS" Laser Focus was one of the biggest quotes to find out how he proved people wrong, and even pulled the fans in back in the game it did took a load of great leadership and even confidence too, and disconnecting yourself from all the negativity. How Tom separated himself from all the other quarterbacks was how he stayed confidence and was very resilient on a consistent level and never stayed down and out, and even on losses, and even on devastating loss he stayed strong and continued to rebound in such great fashion as well.

To repeat again the Laser Focus situation, all the outside adversity he has faced off the field basically facing a trial regarding the deflate gate, where he was suspended 4 games and even all the hate he had faced on top of that from anti Patriot fans and even the adversity from the commissioner Roger Goodell. Tom Brady was resilient in fighting the suspension but however eventually down the road he had to serve the suspension, as the rest of the team had to face other repercussion as well that would affect the draft. So even when he falsely or maybe truly had to battle the court and the NFL about the deflate-gate and had to face all the hoopla, he had to over come all that adversity, and the way he shook off the adversity was to play harder and more motivated and more determined as well. There were benefits from Tom Brady serving the suspensions, which were the backup quarterbacks handed them 3 wins and The injury Grarappolo suffered could've been Tom Brady but I digress though it just really though that Tom Brady fueled himself from the adversity which was play harder and stayed focused on the goal and do not look back on what held you back and what happened before and just focus on the holy grail, and let the fans hate the commissioner for the wrongful accusations.

I brought all that stuff because the question and the real question is how are you overcoming your adversity? How are you going to fight back? and How are you going to Prove people wrong at your job or wherever? Is it through action or complaining or even through emotion? Because the one big thing I really learn is to stay determined and fuel yourself through focus and even action because if you do there will be a lot more accomplishments to come that you may never know may come. And that is what happened with Tom Brady and even letting his actions defend him through doubt. A lot of great things can happen with one of the biggest quotes which is "LASER FOCUS" And oh though avoiding panicking and even avoid doubting and feeling despondent.

Motivational Monday #2: Laser Focus Monday

LASER FOCUS Monday

The big word LASER FOCUS, is one of the biggest words I found out in Superbowl 51, by the former upcoming underdog Tom Brady, and now 5 time Superbowl Champion Tom Brady.
As I was watching the Super Bowl I noticed how the game was a huge mess and how it was near impossible, and how frustrated I was to see this brutal game, and at the same time because I was at a party and people were watching, I at the same time had hope and faith that there was going to be a miracle comeback, and I noticed a huge turnaround in the half after a huge let down in the first 3 quarters. Then in the 4th quarter, and actually two minutes prior to the end of the 3rd quarter, things start happening that I'm sure a lot of people don't expect to happen, and apparently I always had silly or even false hope where they could make a comeback, and half the people at my party were talking, and having conversations. It was really getting that Super Bowl 48 feel, and on top of that those who were watching including myself was starting to witness a huge comeback, and end up giving the people who weren't watching a huge surprise to witness the best moment in Superbowl history and even on top of that brought up the First Ever Superbowl to go to Overtime, took a lot of work and unity to lift each other up especially the team leader to lift each other up in a big huge way, and then even get the win at the very end, and how everybody got excited and noticed the faith it took, but it wasn't just faith it took Tom Brady to lead the team, and bring in Laser Focus.

The question for you is how do you prepare for Monday the end of the weekend, even the end of the big relaxing weekend as well. Or even when you have your challenges, like for example when your car breaks down and you're on the middle of the road, or even when you end up in debt and have an overdraft, or even have your cable disconnected, I am the guy that is you know what I am fully Laser Focus, I stay locked in and am ready to solve the problem, but before when I was younger I would get mad or even flip out and panic and not know how to solve the problem, or even get nervous, or even be overzealous and not figure out how to solve the problem before getting help and even finding the answers. Also How do you find solutions at your jobs or even at your daily lives at homes or even at School as well when struggling in school? One of the ways of never giving up is not just growling and showing energy but continuing to work hard until the bitter end or even working harder than you did before to fight for the grade you wanted, because for me when I was in LA in college, or even when I was in High School, I was very not diligent and not laser focus and it end up really causing me the grade I could've had and on top of that I didn't use my resources the right way, and it failed me, & then I strongly regretted that until this day but I did not let that let me down the year after I did the research paper and then I got a better grade and I felt like I really learned from last year and even did better and used resources that got me a better grade. The end of the weekend and getting back into the grind can be a big thing but staying Laser Focus will help you persevere and even get through the tough days as well, with your own mental toughness.

Motivational Monday #1

Hello readers. Welcome to my first Motivational Monday Blog. Monday can be one of the toughest days of the week for some people. I remember watching Garfield and Friends and Garfield the Cat always hate Monday, I remember I used to hate Monday especially with myself  when I wake up and realize it's Monday I was like man how come the weekend goes by so fast, and let me mind you that I used to hate school when I was a little kid, I  tried to skip school in the most weirdest and exposed fashion from time to time, until I was in third grade when I realize I was never absent from school and I always had 100% attendance. So I brought that up because I realize yeah I wasn't the odd man out even my brother told me Monday is always the toughest days of the week, especially for kids who have to go to school. As I got older I realize Monday can be exciting Monday is always the day when you are ready to put yourself into action and start overcoming whatever challenges you have. Sunday is always the day where you are preparing and getting ready to be back in the swing of things.

Me as a football fan and as a fan of one of those toughest days especially Monday. Monday can be a tough day and can have challenges whether it is when you have to go to school or even work. For me as a college student or even when I was overcoming challenges I always think oh it is just another day another dollar, and I would feel like everybody else and just come with a bland attitude but I realize you know what I have great energy and for me as a sports fan I can use that to really battle my adversity. And for other people I see where they go to work there can be days where they don't feel like coming to work but for me NOW when I start to see how this NFL Star prepares his games especially when he is doing something that he loves and he is passionate about it. It would be living your passion everyday and especially using that to tackle your adversity and even tackling your downfalls and your negativity as well with so much aggression and really noticing that instead of laying down and letting them got in your way, you can push it out and take it down in any way possible.

I want to explain and share this example of a great NFL football veteran star Ray Lewis, he is now retired but even when I was young and wasn't as invested as I was in him but I noticed how he was a true Baltimore Raven He explained how it was to be a true Raven and a real intense football player especially coming from the pedigree he came from. He came with purpose but with real motivation, which indeed as I got older I began to discover that I need to find my motivation, and on top of that that is what I had challenges with, but with Ray Lewis and really learning how he became how he became and how his journey he began was incredible, learning how he manged to retire with a Superbowl and on top of that rebound from losing the AFC Championship in devastating fashion, and saying you know what I can and I will win A Superbowl which was the attitude he had and he made it happen and it took confidence and effort to make it happen, and now I am reading his book, I am really am feeling very invested and saying it can happen, if I put in the effort to make it happen. I posted a quote and a video below please check it out.

Welcome to My Motive Blog

Hey how are you guys doing? I like to give you guys a warm welcome to my brand spanking new blog. I know it may not be new for long but you got to make it feel brand  new, don't let things that are innovative and exciting fade away. This blog can be great and can be very well sighted. Also it can be very uplifting as well. To get to know me I did a paper Route with my brother when I was in High School and looking back at it it was quite a learning experience, and then I also did football, wrestling, and Lacrosse, and after being out of shape for several years, I eventually discovered my athletic potential, and even perseverance, when I finally got a pin in wrestling and it was great I discovered some unique talents I may have. I am a sports fan, and I enjoy other entertaining stuff like TV Shows and Movies containing action and even comedy as well. I am a guy that had so many challenges and even struggled in school, or even struggled with having a huge purpose or even having great perseverance. Like I said before I had 3 different types of majors and even struggle to succeed in school and on top of that had challenges in my life where at times I tend to be passive and even mopey as well, and struggle to find a place in myself, and even struggle in certain areas to build a new stage in myself. But luckily I did different things over the years where a little over 7 years ago I made YouTube videos, and then 4 years ago I did another blog, and then last year I did a 31 day push-up challenge as well. Hopefully you enjoy it and even notice a bit of an experience with ups and downs I may have as well, and also I may have some different types of quotes on my blog you may see or even noticed as well.
